No. ChEddi acts as the logged-in backend user and with their permissions. It only sees what you may see and only changes what you may change. Two editors with different group rights have different capabilities in the same chat.

No. It sees neither your screen nor the view you have open. If you have a record open, it is told that record's table and number, nothing more. Phrases like “this page” are therefore unreliable, name the page by title or slug instead.

No. Read-only steps run on their own, every write is shown to you as a preview beforehand and needs your click. Hard-to-reverse actions need a second one. Nothing is saved without confirmation.

That depends on the setting of your installation. In draft mode, the default, every change can be discarded through the actions menu. In live mode it takes effect immediately. The chat shows at the top what applies to you. Note: uploaded and generated images land live in either mode.

Yes, every turn consumes credits from your AI Suite allowance. Your balance is shown at the top of the chat. Two rules of thumb: continuing a conversation is cheaper than starting a new one, and one conversation per topic is cheaper than one long one about everything.

Your message, the conversation so far and the text from attachments go to the AI Suite Server, which runs the model. That also applies with your own provider keys. If web research is enabled and used, your search query leaves the installation as well.

So never write passwords, keys or third-party personal data into the chat.

The model is fixed from the first answer of a conversation onwards. With “+ New conversation” you start again with a different model.

Usually your backend group lacks the right for a chat-capable model, or GDPR mode narrows the selection. Contact your administration, see Permissions.

After a period without activity set by your administration, 20 days by default. Another seven days pass before final deletion. The help window in the chat tells you the value that applies to you.
