Since versions 13.8.0/12.14.0, you can create global instructions in the AI Suite. The AI Suite automatically places them before your prompt with every matching request. You create them in the backend module “AI Suite” in the “Global Instructions” section for a context (pages or files), a scope such as content elements, metadata or translations, and for selected pages or directories. Global instructions can be combined within a page tree, inherited by subpages or used instead of the predefined server prompt. If there are matching global instructions for an input, the AI Suite shows a button above the prompt field. When you hover over it, you see the content of the stored global instruction.
