Content gap (rankings)

The content gap analysis starts from the rankings your domain already has. It looks for keywords the audited page already appears for but stands weakly on, and rates how well the page content covers those keywords. The goal is not new ground, but lifting existing, unused visibility.

1. Structure of the result

The table lists the average position, the search volume and the difficulty for each keyword. Added to that is the coverage status (answered, partially answered or open) with a short assessment. The basis is the ranking data of the domain in the chosen search market.

2. Adding topic sections

Open and partially covered keywords can be added as new sections on the audited page through “Generate topic sections (AI)”: one heading per keyword with matching body text.
