Fix with AI (fix wizard)

Some of the audit findings can be fixed directly in the backend. That is what the fix wizard is for. It collects the fixable findings, has the AI produce suggestions and walks you through adopting them step by step. Only what you confirm is saved.

1. Where do I find the function?

In the audit result every fixable finding carries the button “Fix with AI”. If you want to work through several findings at once, use “Process all AI fixes”. If there is nothing automatically fixable in the selection, the AI Suite tells you so.

2. Model selection

The first step of the wizard is the model selection. For image alternative texts you additionally choose a vision model. The wizard shows how many steps are ahead and roughly how many AI requests to expect. If your administration has set a default text model for audits, the selection is skipped.

3. Checking and saving suggestions

After that you work through the findings one by one. For each step you see the current value and the generated suggestions. You pick a suggestion, can still adjust it before saving and adopt it with “Save”. If none of them fits, you move on with “Skip”.

The following fields are fixed:

SEO title (search result title)
Meta description
Open Graph title and Open Graph description
Alternative text (alt) of images

4. Finishing up

At the end you see a summary with the saved and the skipped fixes. Failed steps are listed individually. The AI Suite then points out that you should run the audit again so that the changes are reflected in the score.

Further AI actions in the result

Besides the wizard there are individual actions in the audit result:

Generate AI fix advice (1 credit): for findings that cannot be fixed automatically, the AI explains in text form what needs doing. That is the basis for passing the matter on to the editorial team or to development.
Generate metadata with AI Suite and Generate image alternative texts: jump into the respective function of the AI Suite.
Generate author box (AI): produces a short author text. One thing matters here: the AI only writes from the facts you enter yourself (name, role or qualification, optionally a profile link). Qualifications and experience are not invented. On request, the name can additionally be saved as the page author.
